Warranty
Twelve months, in writing.
All aftermarket parts sold by A.B.C. Groff, Inc. are covered by the aftermarket part manufacturer's warranty, and our own aftermarket parts carry a twelve-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a part fails inside that period, return it to us for replacement.

What is covered
01- A new part that proves defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
- Replacement of that part, once it is returned with the original sales ticket showing the purchase date.
- Most New Holland Parts Solutions, John Deere Parts Solutions and Sparex items for one year from the date of purchase, subject to the manufacturer inspecting the part.
What is not covered
02- Depreciation, or damage from normal wear and lack of reasonable maintenance.
- Failure to follow operating instructions or recommendations.
- Misuse, lack of protection in storage, vandalism, collision or accident.
- Components that have been disassembled or dismantled.
- Installation costs, service calls, labour, and freight both ways.
- Electrical parts after 90 days (starters, alternators and coils).
- Economy seats, and spindles or front supports installed on tractors with loaders.
- Hydraulic pumps with contamination inside, a blown seal from wrong rotation, or that have been opened without authorisation.
- Pistons, rings or liners ordered without an overhaul kit.
- Paint, specialty colours, and any part the manufacturer refuses.

How to file a claim
Return the part to A.B.C. Groff, Inc. with the original sales ticket. Because freight is not covered, include your card details in the package so we can charge the return shipping. Along with the part we need the model number, the full product identification number, the hour meter reading or acres, bales or loads at the time of failure, the estimated amount of use, and a short description of the failure.
Warranty does not extend beyond the point of installation. It is the installing mechanic's responsibility to check components before and during installation. When a third party installs the part, only the product is warranted.

Per-manufacturer terms
Each supplier sets its own limits. These are the ones that come up most.
- ABC Groff aftermarket
- Twelve months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. A.B.C. Groff replaces a new part that proves defective in materials or workmanship. We are not responsible for labour to remove or install a part, or for repairs caused by parts that do not meet OEM specifications. Where permitted by law no other express or implied warranty is made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The only remedies are those set out here or required by statute.
- New Holland Parts Solutions
- Most items are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. New Holland Parts Solutions reserves the right to inspect any item before granting warranty and will not assume responsibility for loss of time, labour or crop.
- John Deere Parts Solutions
- Most items are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, subject to inspection, with the same limits on time, labour and crop.
- Sparex Inc.
- Most items are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Electrical items carry 90 days from installation. Sparex offers only a limited warranty on its economy seat range. Paint is warranted for satisfaction with performance on a properly prepared surface, and specialty colours are not returnable.
References to a manufacturer's name or part numbers are for identification only. It is not our intention to imply that the merchandise is original equipment unless agreed with our suppliers.
