Shipping and returns.
In-stock orders are processed and shipped no later than the next business day. Special-order parts usually take two to five business days to reach us. We ship within the United States only through the website.

When your order ships
- After you place an order you get an email receipt within minutes. If there is a question about the order or the delivery, a parts specialist contacts you. If you chose pickup, we call when the part is on the counter. If it ships, you get a confirmation once it is on its way.

When it arrives
- In-stock orders are processed and shipped no later than the next business day. Orders for parts that come from a manufacturer or supplier are usually processed within two to five business days, occasionally longer if the part is backordered. Once shipped, transit is usually one to five business days depending on your location and service.

What shipping costs
- Shipping is estimated from the address and service you choose. The estimate is not final until the order actually ships: if the real cost is higher, a specialist calls you to discuss options; if it is lower, the order can be completed at the lower cost.

Expedited and international
- We offer several shipping options and will do our best to meet a deadline. Expedited requests are handled by phone. At this time we do not ship internationally through website sales — email parts@abcgroffinc.com and we will quote it separately.

Returns
- If you are not satisfied, in-stock non-electrical items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days. A 20% restock fee applies after 30 days, or on special-order parts if the manufacturer accepts the return. All returns must be pre-authorized by phone. Refunds are credited for the original amount paid less shipping, except for defective items or an incorrect shipment.

A parts specialist checks the order and calls if the fitment or shipping needs a decision.

It ships
Stock parts leave by the next business day. You get a confirmation when it is on its way.

It fits or it comes back
Call before returning anything. Stock parts come back within 30 days.
